Turn ADHD insight into everyday support.

ADHD Company helps people with ADHD understand what is getting in the way and build practical, self-directed supports for planning, routines, task initiation, follow-through, and daily life.

What coaching supports

From knowing what matters to making it workable.

The focus is practical implementation: understanding where daily life gets stuck and building supports that fit the person rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all system.

Planning and prioritizing

Clarify what matters, what is realistic, and what the next workable step should be when several priorities are competing for attention.

Routines and environments

Build repeatable supports around energy, reminders, transitions, and decision points, including when a useful routine has been disrupted.

Task initiation and follow-through

Identify where tasks stall and test supports that can make starting, continuing, and getting back to a task after interruption more workable.

For referring professionals

ADHD coaching can work alongside other supports.

ADHD coaching can work alongside therapy, assessment, medication, accommodations, student support, and workplace support by helping clients make practical changes in daily life.

When insight does not translate into daily life

Clients may understand their patterns and needs but still struggle to turn that understanding into routines, task starts, transitions, and follow-through. Coaching can help them test practical supports for daily life.

What coaching supports

Real-life systems, workable next steps, environmental cues, decision points, and practical adjustments that the client owns and can test.

When referral may fit

The client personally wants help, can engage in a collaborative process, and is looking for practical support with daily-life implementation. A diagnosis of ADHD alone does not determine whether coaching is a good fit.

When coaching is not the right fit

The person needs diagnosis, therapy, medication guidance, crisis care, behaviour control, or another service outside practical coaching scope.

For people considering coaching

Coaching may fit if you want practical help with daily life.

ADHD Company provides coaching for adults with ADHD who personally want practical support with planning, routines, task initiation, time awareness, transitions, and follow-through. A formal ADHD diagnosis is not automatically required for coaching.

A good fit

Coaching may help when you:

  • Want practical support, not another perfect system.
  • Can participate in planning and reflection, even when you know what needs doing but starting or follow-through is hard.
  • Want to test and adjust supports between sessions.
  • Are looking for coaching alongside other appropriate care where needed.

Clear boundaries

Coaching is not:

  • Diagnosis, therapy, medication advice, assessment, or crisis support.
  • A service that monitors, disciplines, or guarantees deadlines.
  • A parent-first, spouse-first, employer-first, or compliance-first service.
What are sessions like?

Sessions are practical and collaborative. We look at what is happening, identify friction points, choose a small number of supports to test, and adjust based on what you learn.

What happens in an introductory session?

An introductory session is a low-pressure chance to talk through what you would like practical help with, ask questions, and understand how ADHD coaching works. We can consider whether the coaching scope and working relationship seem like a sensible fit and what next step makes sense. Coaching is not automatically the right service for everyone.

Can coaching happen alongside therapy?

Yes, where appropriate. Coaching stays focused on practical daily-life implementation.

Will I be given a strict system?

The aim is to build systems that fit your life, not force a one-size-fits-all method.

About Craig

Craig's ADHD Story

Craig

I was diagnosed with ADHD in 2015 at the age of 36. My wife noticed that I exhibited the symptoms and tried to get me to talk to my doctor about it, but I didn't feel like that made any sense. If I had ADHD, then what was I supposed to do about it? Surely I am who I am.

Eventually, relationship challenges overwhelmed me, and I spoke to my doctor because I was desperate for solutions. My doctor said my symptoms were typical of ADHD and recommended further assessment. A specialized clinic in Toronto confirmed the diagnosis and worked with me on treatment options.

I explored medication, coaching, and daily exercise. Those supports changed how I approached organization, focus, impulsivity, and memory. The challenges have still waxed and waned over the years, but I learned that there were practical supports I could use.

My background includes coaching people in sales and management roles, and my move to Barrie presented an opportunity for change. I studied ADHD Coaching at The ADD Coach Academy, building on that earlier coaching experience and my own experience with ADHD. I now practice as an ADHD coach to help clients understand what is getting in the way and build supports that fit their own lives.
